The 1 day Introduction to Llamas Training Course is  aimed at providing the total novice with a general introduction to llamas and although it is mainly theoretical in nature, you will be haltering and leading a trained llama and there will also be a mini- trek around one of our fields. The subjects covered are: • Physical characteristics of a llama • Llama Communication & Behaviour • General Llama Care • Stabling/Shelter/Pastures/Fencing • Reasons for owning llamas • Weather/the seasons • Costs of keeping llamas • Legal status of llamas in France The typical day will be: 0830 Tea/Coffee and safety  briefing 0900 Commence 1200 Lunch 1330 Commence 1730 Finish and Q&A Refreshments will be made available throughout the day. Price: The fully inclusive price for the 1 day course is €130 Per Person (approx £102*)  which also includes a lunch and non alcoholic refreshments throughout the day (Teas,Coffee, Juice, Water etc). * Depending on the exchange rate at the time of payment For more information about any of our llamas training courses or to make a booking, please just telephone or send us an e- mail. Payment A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your course.  All outstanding monies are to be paid by cash on arrival at the farm.  Both Sterling or Euros are accepted. Sorry but we do not accept card payments. Refunds A full refund will be made if you provide us with notification to cancel your course via e-mail at least 30 days in advance of the date the course is due to commence.
